A monochrome HDR image seems appropriate for a dreary day. This “shades of gray” monochrome shot was part of my “Poppin a few with the Nifty Fifty” exercise a few months ago. I was trying to portray the graphic flatness of the scene by emphasizing the horizontal and vertical lines. The plants and lovely lady in the window were a bonus.
